Our service involves both formulating and implementing solutions for development, asset management, and investment acquisition.

Originally from the Washington D.C area, Garrett Detter graduated cum laude from Virginia Tech. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering along with a secondary focus in property management. He purchased his first rental property while at university and continues to manage it today. Now as co-founder of Aground Partners, based in Indianapolis, he works as a software engineer at Rolls-Royce.

Jackson Werth is a finance and accounting student at The University of Kentucky.
He is a co-founder of Aground Partners. Additionally, Jackson works with Icon Racing, a media company and syndicate focused on horse racing, where he applies his teamwork and communication strengths in a dynamic environment.

Ryan Kennedy is a Fixed Income Analyst at Goldman Sachs based in New York City. He holds a degree from Villanova School of Business and brings expertise in fixed income markets and financial analysis. Ryan uses his expertise to analyze and advise Aground Partner's in various financial and growth strategies.
